The WECU InfoGuy is an interactive web service aimed at providing you with up-to-date, accurate information as fast as possible. Using InfoGuy, you can search through hundreds of frequently asked questions and information articles via our website. This service is dynamic - the information available through InfoGuy will grow and expand the more the service is used!
Our InfoGuy service also provides WECU members with a safe and secure channel to communicate with WECU staff. If you are unable to find your answer by searching, you can Submit a Question and a WECU staff member will get back to you within 6 business hours. WECU will use this service to provide our members with the legendary service they've come to expect.
WECU will never initiate contact with you online to ask for any sensitive personal information (i.e. your Social Security Number, VISA PIN number, VISA card number, etc). If any similar request is sent to you online, it is from a fraudulent source. If you are ever asked for this type of information, please contact us immediately.
