| To comply with Federal regulations, credit reporting agencies are required to offer a free credit report to consumers on an annual basis. A website has been established by the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union) for consumers to view their reports. There are no hidden fees or sign-up offers on this website. |

When you order, you need to provide your name, address, Social Security number, and date of birth. To verify your identity, you may need to provide some information that only you would know, like the amount of your monthly mortgage payment.
- ONLINE - Click here to connect to the Federal Trade Comission (FTC) From the FTC's website, you can connect to the Annual Credit Report site. We recommend that you only connect through the FTC, as there are many look-alike sites.
- PHONE - Call 877-322-8228 to order your report through
an automated voice-response system.
- MAIL - Complete the Annual Credit Report Request Form and mailing it to:
