Need Help With Your Mortgage Payments? |
|
| Let us know, we're here to help. |
| If you are having difficulty making your mortgage payments and are concerned that you may soon be receiving foreclosure notice from WECU, you may have options. |
| Help us to save your home... |
- You may be eligible for an alternative to foreclosure.
- We may be able to assist if you are experiencing financial hardship.
- Are you unemployed, or are you experiencing a substantial cut in pay?
- Has a family member recently passed away or become seriously ill?
- Has divorce affected your ability to make the mortgage payments?
- Have you had to relocate due to loss of employment?
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, we may be able to help.
|
| If you can afford to keep your home... |
| We may be able to adjust your monthly payment for a specific time in order to bring the loan current; or we may be able to modify some of the terms of your loan. |
| If you cannot afford to keep your home... |
|
If you sell your home at market value and the value is less than the total due, we may agree to accept the sale proceeds to satisfy some or the entire amount you owe.
We may allow you to voluntarily deed the property back to WECU to satisfy some or the entire amount you owe. This means you would avoid a public foreclosure sale.
Please take the following actions today:
- Submit a letter outlining your financial hardship.
- Complete the one-page Borrower’s Financial Statement.
- Attach the supporting documentation listed at the end of the financial statement.
- Mail the complete package to the attention of Kari Olson at the address provided.
