Stay in touch with your accounts 24/7 using your telephone. With Tele-Max you can call any time for balance inquiries, transfers, and withdrawals via check. A Max-Code is required to access your account information. To request your Max-Code, call us at 360.676.1168 and we will order one for you.
You can access Tele-Max using Tele-Max Direct Dial at 360.756.7777, or call the Credit Union and press extension 4.
Enter your account number and the first 2 letters of your last name followed by the pound (#) key. For the letters Q and Z, use the zero (0) key followed by #. Enter your Personal Identification Number (Max-Code) followed by #. A second PIN is required for any transfer of funds to a different account number or withdrawal of funds in the form of a check. For all other transactions (inquires, same-account transfers, etc) no additional PIN is necessary.
