What are E-Statements?

An E-Statement is an electronic version of your monthly account/loan statement. Signing up for E-Statements saves paper and a trip to the mailbox! E-Statements can be found in E-Max at any time, and a notification is sent to you via email.

When you sign up for E-Statements, you receive an email alert which includes an electronic newsletter, notifying you that your statement is ready. Your statement is not sent via email but is actually stored inside E-Max, our secure online banking system.

Is there a WECU® mobile app?

Yes! A mobile app for iOS and Android devices can be downloaded for the Apple and Google Play Stores. Windows and Blackberry users will be able to access the new Mobile Online Banking from the web browser on their mobile device.

Windows users can also create a "tile" on their phone which will mimic the app experience. To do this, go to https://m.wecu.com in your phone's browser. Then click on the ellipsis on the bottom right next to the url bar, bringing up a menu. Choose "Pin to Start." Now, you can just click on this new "tile" on your home-screen and access WECU's mobile banking site, which works exactly like our apps.

Please note that you need to register for E-Max by desktop before you can use the mobile app.

Can the joint member on my account have their own login information?

Yes! To setup a secondary user, login to E-Max, click on Settings, My Users, and then Add New Secondary User. The following prompts will allow you to give the joint member on your account access to what you YOU want to give them access to.

What Browsers are supported?
