United Way

United Way of Whatcom County (UWWC) has served our community for over 50 years. UWWC fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in Whatcom County. No other single organization supports as many different services or is as effective in ensuring a stronger community for all.

Every gift to United Way of Whatcom County stays in Whatcom County. UWWC vets and funds 30+ top-notch programs to solve local issues and oversees a variety of projects, such as the FREE Kindergarten Readiness calendars for all families with pre-school aged kids and the FamilyWize Prescription Drug discount program. A gift to UWWC will help a young mother stay in school, provide the job-training necessary to help a man with a disability obtain employment, and serve a hot meal to a senior who is home-bound. The list goes on. Every gift makes a direct impact on over 100,000 Whatcom residents. By giving to UWWC, you are giving back to your community, your neighbors, your friends, and the tomorrow we all share. To live better, we must LIVE UNITED.
