Around-the-clock telephone access to your account.
As of April 28th, 2015 you must re-enroll in the new Tele-Max system.
Stay in touch with your accounts 24/7 using your telephone. With Tele-Max you can call any time for balance inquiries, transfers, and withdrawals via check. A Max Code is required to set up your access to the system. To request your Max Code, call us at 360.676.1168 and we will order one for you.
Access Tele-Max using Tele-Max Direct Dial at 360.756.7777, or call the Credit Union and press extension 4.
Enrolling in the new system for the first time
To enroll in the new system, press the star (*) key when you hear the greeting.
When prompted key in the following information:
- Your User ID, which is your member number.
- Your PIN code, which is your Tele-Max PIN.
- The ten (10) digit phone number you will usually call from (for additional security).
Next you will setup your security questions and answers. Your answers will need to be entered using the telephone key pad. Dates are two digits for month, two digits for day, and four digits for
year (ex. 01/01/2015).
Choose three (3) of the following challenge questions (the system will prompt you from one to the next). To use:
Your oldest sibling's birthday, press 1.
Your youngest sibling's birthday, press 2.
The number of grandchildren you have, press 3.
The last four digits of your childhood phone number, press 4.
The age you were on your first date, press 5.
The number of pets you had before you were ten, press 6.
The numeric street address of your childhood home, press 7.
The number of schools you attended, press 8.
Your anniversary, press 9.
Now you will setup your personalized message. You can either create a personalized message, use your name, or choose from a pre-recorded list. Press one for a personalized message or your name.
Press two for a pre-recorded message.
Finally, you will create a new PIN code. This needs to be different from your Max Code and will be the PIN you use to access your account in the future.
Please note: Your new PIN/Max Code cannot be the same as your previous code and may not be your Social Security Number. The Code/PIN you setup must be 6-10 characters long and cannot have more than 3 repeated, ascending or descending numbers.
If you need to go back a step in the menu press the * key. The zero (0) key will transfer you to the Call Center if at any point in the menu should you need assistance.
