Changes to Periodic Payments (Posted May 01, 2013)
Do you have payments scheduled automatically on your account? Previously periodic payments scheduled on a day of the month that fell on a weekend or holiday would take place on the business day following the scheduled date. This process became fully automated on June 1, 2013, meaning that any automated payments you have scheduled at WECU take place in real-time on the exact date they are scheduled for. If you have questions about this change or would like to adjust your periodic payments call our Call Center at 360.676.1168.

Card/PIN Reissue (Posted February 27, 2013)
Are you signed up for E-Notify? Does your WECU Debit or Credit card expire this month? E-Notify users receive email notification anytime a card or PIN is reissued on their account. Most often reissues take place the month that your current card is set to expire. You may also receive this notification if your card or PIN is reordered at your request or as a part of a card compromise. The email notification provides an additional layer of security, letting you know to check your mail for the incoming card or PIN. If your card or PIN is involved in a compromise you will also receive a mailer that includes the details of the compromise.
