Free online payment from another bank
Transfer is free, available 24/7, and can take up to 4 business days. Simply follow the External Transfer instructions, give us a call, or visit a branch.
Pay online with a non-WECU card
Express Pay with a debit card. Available 24/7. $8 fee per payment.
Pay by phone with a non-WECU card
Use our automated system to pay with a debit card. Choose option 2 from our Contact Center menu. Processed in 1-2 business days. $8 fee per payment. Please note, we’re unable to accept payments made with credit cards.
Call us
Call our Contact Center to speak with a representative to pay with a debit card from a non-WECU account. $18 fee per employee-assisted payment. Please note, we’re unable to accept payments made with credit cards.
Pay by mail
We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks. Please include your WECU account number and the account type you’d like the funds credited to (ex: Auto Loan).
