Kent was born and raised in Whatcom County. After graduating with an economics degree from the University of Washington in 1996, he returned to Bellingham where he began his career in banking. He spent nearly 10 years as a Commercial Loan Officer with Key Bank. He then joined WECU in 2008 to oversee the development and growth of Business Banking.
Kent has a true passion for providing our business community with the local banking products and services they deserve. While away from work, Kent enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, primarily outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
