Shonda has served in a variety of roles on WECU’s Supervisory Committee, including service on various Board of Directors committees.
She is currently the Finance Director for Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA). Prior work experience includes Whatcom County Public Works and Western Washington University (WWU). She also has a background in public accounting and holds a CPA license.
Shonda lives in Bellingham with her family and has been a longtime WECU member.
