Viry Delgado has been in the restaurant business for 26 years. For the past 13 years, she has been the owner and brand manager of COA Mexican Eatery in Mount Vernon. She has been heavily involved in the Skagit Community through previously serving as a Board member of the Chamber of Commerce and currently serving as Board trustee for the Skagit Regional Health Foundation, and on the Board of Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC). Throughout her career, she has received several forms of recognition, including COA Eatery being named Business of the Year in 2020 and Women of the Year by SWAN in 2024.
