401k and Then Some
Our Retirement Plan includes an annual 401(k) contribution with the option to contribute to a pre-tax or Roth 401(k) account. The Retirement Plan includes a variety of investment options.
Vacation and Time Off
Eligible staff receive paid vacation based on length of service, plus we offer paid holidays and sick time. Generous policies on use allow staff the flexibility to use their vacation time in the manner that best suits their needs.
Our Birthday Gift to You
Full-time employees get their birthday as a paid day off.
As a community-minded not-for-profit, WECU encourages staff to volunteer at other local non-profit organizations. WECU sponsors volunteer opportunities for employees as well as United Way participation.
Employees pursuing a degree through an accredited college may receive funding towards tuition and textbooks.
WECU provides opportunities to attend job-related conferences, obtain certifications, participate in professional associations, and maintain continuing education.
Employees receive a cash award on the anniversary of their hire.
