Annual Meeting

WECU is a democratic institution where members elect representatives in the form of our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. Elections take place at our annual meeting. The annual meeting also serves as an opportunity to chat with WECU leadership.

Shred Days

Feel safe and secure by shredding your sensitive documents at WECU’s bi-annual Shred Days. WECU members may bring two file-sized boxes or grocery bags of sensitive documents to shred.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Keep your stuff safe.

Safe deposit boxes are a great way to keep your valuables and important information safe and accessible! We have seven convenient branch locations around Whatcom County.

Coin Counters

WECU has partnered with Coinstar to offer members usage of Coinstar’s 10,000 nationwide kiosks for a discounted fee! Coinstar charges a standard fee of up to 13% but, when transferring coin directly into your WECU account, members pay only a 5% fee (ex: that’s $0.50 on a $10.00 deposit). You can avoid a fee altogether by converting your coin to an eGift card.

With 10+ Coinstar locations in Whatcom and Skagit County, all WECU branches have a kiosk nearby!

With this new partnership, coin counters have been removed from WECU locations and we’re limiting coin acceptance in branches to $10 in loose change or $100 in rolled coin, per member, per day.

Visit coinstar.com for a list of participating locations.
