WECU is a democratic institution where members elect representatives in the form of our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. Elections take place at our Annual Meeting, which also serves as an opportunity to hear from WECU leadership.

Annual Meeting Minutes
Thursday, February 15, 2024, beginning at 6:00pm.
Zoom. Registration closes on Wednesday, February 7. Registration is limited to the first 500 members.

I’ve never used Zoom before. How does it work?
Zoom is an online conferencing platform. You will be able to watch the Annual Meeting from your computer or phone.
After you register, you will be emailed a link to access the meeting. You will also be prompted to add the webinar to your digital (Outlook, Google etc.) calendar, where you will be able to access the link.
The day of the meeting click on the link below “Join Zoom Meeting.”
When you click on the access link, you may be prompted to download Zoom. We suggest doing this. After you do, you will view the meeting on your device. The meeting is a live event and will begin promptly at 6:00pm. You will receive meeting reminders leading up to, and on the day of, the meeting.

Why is it asking for my birth date to register?
To confirm that all registrants are WECU members we need to ask for personally identifiable information. We’ve selected your first and last name and your birth date. After you register, we cross check this data with our database to confirm membership. We are confident that Zoom’s registration page is secure and that your information will be safe.
If I don’t want to enter this information on the registration page what are my options?
A Contact Center Representative will be happy to take your information and register for you.
Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend.
Who can attend?
WECU members who have had an account for longer than six months, are in good standing with the credit union, and are 18 years or older. Non-members will not be eligible to attend.
Will there be a raffle?
No
