Please note: if you are logging in to WECU Online Banking using a Chrome browser, depending on your browser settings, your login and security fields may auto-populate with incorrect stored information (i.e. errors have occurred when a security answer field auto-populates with a stored password). In order to resolve this issue, Chrome users must remove their WECU passwords from their Saved Passwords in their browser settings.
Saved Passwords can be removed in Chrome by selecting Settings > Advanced > Manage Passwords and choosing Remove from the action options associated with WECU Online Banking (olb.wecu.com, m.wecu.com or wecu.com). To retain this setting, Chrome users should not opt to save their WECU passwords when they are given this option going forward.
