WECU members are being targeted with a fraudulent email asking members to verify account information via a “secured link” (see example below). The link directs members to a fraudulent website and form (examples also included).
PLEASE NOTE: WECU will never ask you to log in to Online Banking via an email link.
We DO NOT AND WILL NOT call, email, or text you and ask for confidential personal or financial information. Do not respond to requests of this nature and contact us immediately at 800-525-8703 if you feel you may have become the victim of a scam.
