WECU's Servant Leadership Grant program provides up to $2,500 to nonprofits where employees serve on boards. Since 2019, this initiative has empowered 11 staff volunteers to multiply their impact—from supporting independent cinema at the Pickford Theatre to advancing visual arts with Placemake Arts Northwest.
